Summary:

CSK Hotels is excited to expand our Guest Services Team in our downtown Little Rock hotels.

As the face of our company, and typically the single point of contact for our guests, the Guest Service Agent (GSA) has a unique opportunity to ensure every guest has an excellent experience.

From the moment the guest enters the lobby, the GSA must be ready to welcome them, guide them through the check-in process, offer information about the hotel and surrounding area, answer any questions that may arise, and ensure they have everything they'll need for an exceptional stay with us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality and responsive customer service.
  • Address guest requests in a helpful and gracious manner.
  • Utilize the property management system to process guests and manage room inventory.
  • Utilize point-of-sale system to compute folios and collect payment.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and confidently with the knowledge of detailed property information such as room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and the local area.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous hotel guest service experience (preferred)

Special consideration for:

  • Bilingual applicants with competency in English and Spanish (preferred)
