About Medical Caregivers Company:
MCC is a growing, fully licensed, pre-ICO dispensary and cultivation specializing in high end, clean grown cannabis looking for cultivation technicians.

Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for cultivation technicians to work collectively and cooperatively as part of a team ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. The successful candidates will be reliable and punctual and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive. Ideally, our cultivation technicians will have effective communication skills and a positive and flexible attitude.

Please keep in mind, this is a cleaning job. Responsibilities include cleaning grow tables, drip caps, working collectively and cooperatively as a part of a team ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. Occasionally there will be trimming duties. The successful candidates will be reliable and punctual and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.

Skills and Experience Qualifications: MUST BE 21 OR OLDER

  • 1-year experience working in industrial setting is preferred but not required
  • Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
