OVERVIEW

Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking to bring onboard a rock star Brand Ambassador to join our 250 person strong team. The Brand Ambassador is the first point of contact for all visitors to the dispensary. The brand ambassador is responsible for the first impression set at the door of the dispensary that includes a friendly and professional greeting and the accurate confirmation of all preorders prior to entry. The brand ambassador works collaboratively with security personnel at the entrance and on the floor of the dispensary to ensure a fluid experience for each and every guest, ensuring the guest is properly and efficiently guided through the dispensary guest experience and being a knowledge resource for any questions or concerns.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, reliable and ready to attract and promote our premier products to customers throughout Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, proactive, passionate, and able to beat deadlines and set records.

PAY

$18 per hour (reviews and raises* every 6-months)

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

This role requires nights and weekend work and up to 75% travel (with reimbursement)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets and welcomes all visitors to the dispensary in a manner consistent with Sanctuary’s high service standards and as an extension of our outreach efforts, presents a positive community interface at all times *Checks in guests into reserve ahead platform *Assists walk up customers with all general questions and general information inquiries *Backs up security ID checking personnel during busy periods *Performs hourly perimeter walks to ensure exterior cleanliness around the facility *Assists guests as needed with product information and placing orders * Works during busy times on the floor to assist with queue management and timely and orderly queue flow *Assist customer with neighborhood recommendations and directions *Immediately communicates any issues or incidents witnessed on the perimeter and escalates it to a supervisor *Exemplifies a welcoming and open communication style at all times with the public * Works with management to keep the sales floor clean and restocked at all times *Assists with community outreach events as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Regulatory understanding of Adult-Use cannabis regulations in Massachusetts (preferred) *Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and non-verbal) *Ability to multi-task with effective time-management skills *Performs well under pressure with a sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced environment *Must be no less than 21 years of age *Must pass a criminal background check as required by the CCC and with no felony convictions *Must be able to lift 20lbs minimum *Job will require 30% of time spent outside in the execution of security duties *Able to stand for long periods of time (90%)
