Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company’s operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting.

Cloning : Cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling; and inventory data input. Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase : trimming manipulating and staking;

big leafing and pruning; watering; plant monitoring; inventory data input.

Harvesting : Cutting plants; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system. Operating and maintaining cultivation systems / equipment;

stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing rooms, cultivation workspaces and tools.

Packaging and Trimming may be needed during peak times.

Required Skills

• Must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the state; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and laws is appreciated and commendable

• Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting, drying, trimming and curing

• Skill in analyzing potential problems with a plant or the product being processed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse

• Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail

• Candidate must be at least 21 years of age

• Must pass any and all required pre-employment screenings

• Ability to stand, sit and kneel for up to 8 hours a day with the ability to lift heavy object

• Strong attention to details and excellent time-management skills

• Willingness to take direction

• Strong work ethic

• Must have reliable transportation

Desired Skills

• Four year college degree; 1-3 years horticultural experience or in a related field

The Inventory Lead maintains cycle counts, prepares menus, and responds to requests for product on dispensary floor.</p><p>Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities</p><p>• Perform opening and closing inventory duties</p><p>• Execute service area preparations and store set up daily</p><p>• Assist with daily reconciliation and reporting of sales from point of sale to METRC California State Track and Trace software.</p><p>• Prepare menu updates and printing for dispensary floor</p><p>• Prepare and submit product orders to vendors to meet demand</p><p>• Provides updates to employees on new products available</p><p>• Maintain suitable inventory levels throughout daily operation</p><p>• Fulfill inventory requests from Patient Consultants and Team Leaders</p><p>• Facilitate inventory communication between departments and guidance for Inventory Assistants working in the inventory department</p><p>• Assist with the intake process by checking in deliveries against manifest &amp; invoices to ensure accuracy</p><p>• Assist with data entry for inventory receipt including barcoding packages accurately for batch tracking sales to dispensary customers</p><p>• Assist with data entry and regular maintenance of products and inventory levels in POS systems including METRC California State Track and Trace software</p><p>• Audit product data and product laboratory test results to ensure accuracy</p><p>• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly cycle inventory audits along with making the corresponding adjustments in point of sale and METRC California State Track and Trace software.</p><p>• Execute and improve upon systems to minimize and manage loss</p><p>• Maintain and cultivate a professional and positive relationship with our vendors and distributors</p><p>• Ensure all inventory is received, documented, secured and distributed appropriately</p><p>• Execute checks of packaging and labeling for products</p><p>• Assist in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies through data analysis</p><p>• Assist with return &amp; exchange logistics with consultants as needed</p><p>• Maintain a positive, caring attitude, and treat patients/co-workers with respect and sensitivity</p><p>• Communicate vendor requests and/or concerns to the Store Inventory Manager</p><p>• Provide feedback and suggestions to Retail Store Manager and Store Inventory Manager to continuously improve the patient and employee experience</p><p>• Use discretion with sensitive and confidential security and business information</p><p>• Maintains strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines</p><p>• Perform other related work as required</p><p>Additional Duties</p><p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
