An established Marijuana Company is actively seeking a Systems and Maintenance Team Associate/Harvest Team Associate to join our Cultivation in Gresham. Candidate should have a desire to learn, and professionalism. Candidate must have reliable transportation and be punctual in their attendance.

Position details:

Systems and Harvest Associate position is responsible for assisting in multiple areas of the farm.

Primary duties include clearing and cleaning of Post-Harvested Flower rooms, cleaning vegetative grow rooms, maintaining and troubleshooting various grow equipment, and facility cleaning. Secondary duties include facility improvement and organizational projects. Further duties include any and all, day-to-day harvesting, packaging, and Cleaning duties. These duties may include but are not limited to: weighing, labeling, packaging cannabis flowers, packaging and weighing extracts, counting products, and accurately keeping track of inventory. Must have strong attention to detail while abiding by all Company policies, procedures and operational guidelines. We are looking for passionate, hard-working, positive team players!

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in simple math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, decimal places)
  • Ability to visually examine products for quality and signage/labeling accuracy
  • Must be able to use hand and power tools
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs
  • Must be able to perform physical labor on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to use a respirator for select tasks
  • Must have valid OLCC MJ Handler’s Permit
  • No state or federal felonies or drug related felonies
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check
  • Prior packaging/assembly line work is a plus
