• The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing purchases, min / max inventory levels for key inputs, secondary and tertiary vendor sourcing, and general project management across the supply chain for existing products and research & development initiatives.

• Manage purchasing of key manufacturing inputs and their min / max inventory levels

• Work to drive efficiencies across the supply chain

• Manage vendor selection and ongoing relationship management

• Identify and diligence secondary and tertiary vendors

• Work with accounting & finance to develop and pressure test purchasing forecasts

• Develop, track, and manage KPIs related to inventory levels, freight time / cost, and general vendor performance

• Ad hoc project management at the intersection of operations and FP&A

• Bring a positive attitude to work every day, ready to contribute to a culture of teamwork and success

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, production, or inventory management

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, business operations, or similar field

• Cannabis experience a plus

• Entrepreneurial spirit / self-starter attitude is a must

• Strong organization and time management while multitasking

• Must have and maintain a great attitude, work ethic, and respect for all team members

• $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 base salary, commensurate with experience

The Inventory Manager will report directly to the operations Manager.
