The Supply Chain Coordinator will report into the Supply Chain Director and will be assist with the coordination and management of shipments, purchases, and inventory to support our facilities. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with all levels across various departments in the procuring of supplies, as well as external suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and will work collaboratively using effective communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help optimize overall performance of the procurement function. The individual will keep information organized, up to date and communicate it out effectively.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Generate and maintain the appropriate monthly, weekly and daily order files, accounting for key supply, demand and transportation factors;

Ø Track, evaluate and report on supply chain and other key business process metrics;

Ø Handle production and shipping issues with focus on mitigating customer, operational and financial impacts;

Ø Provide support to the logistics and supply chain teams throughout the entire supply chain process;

Ø Assist with sourcing, negotiating and purchasing parts and components;

Ø Conduct price research and comparison and present findings to Supply Chain Director;

Ø Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure optimal supply chain solutions;

Ø Generate and update purchase orders as needed;

Ø Liaise with other organizational business units to coordinate orders, deliveries, and documents with suppliers;

Ø Monitor preparedness for receiving incoming shipments; and

Ø Other duties as required.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

Ø 1-2 years’ minimum experience in supply chain, logistics or production;

Ø Experience working in the cannabis industry considered an asset;

Ø Proficient in MS Office Suite applications. Advanced excel experience strongly preferred.

They must be sure that their duties are performed to the highest standard possible consistently meeting their deadlines and achieving excellence in service delivery.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>System maintenance</p><p>• Creating codes, UPCs and updating and maintaining accurate bill of materials</p><p>• Ensuring all key skus have correct weight and dimensions within system</p><p>• Continuous improvement of system – adding jpegs to system of relevant skus, supplier codes etc.</p><p>Reporting</p><p>• Create and issue the weekly stock reports UK and USA to be used by Purchasing Controller for weekly sales/ops meetings and to monitor stock levels</p><p>• Work with Purchasing Controller on monthly stock reconciliation and other vendors where our owned stock sits, as requested</p><p>• Run and monitor daily, weekly, monthly trackers to ensure smooth running of supply chain and stock availability – ensuring orders arrive on time in full</p><p>• Deputise for Purchasing Controller, as required, on weekly update sessions with vendors on PO status</p><p>Purchasing</p><p>• Requesting quotes / OAs from suppliers and updating system to reflect</p><p>• Raising POs and monitoring delivery status to receipt</p><p>• Keep a relationship with suppliers; follow up on any points to benefit of partnership - challenge on differences</p><p>• Meeting filler service level agreements (SLAs)</p><p>• Reviewing receipts of \"gold seal\" cases and ensuring fills are of expected quality and match recognised specification</p><p>Control and movement of stock into office</p><p>• Monthly stock count and reconciliation</p><p>• Creating commercial invoice</p><p>• UPS order logging</p><p>• Returning customer order stock back into the office via returns material authorisations</p><p>• FOC sales orders including staff allocations, customer requests etc.</p><p>Other areas</p><p>• To provide any support that may be required by the supply chain team or the management of the company more broadly. As for all members of the team this individual must be prepared to pick up ad hoc duties as required.
