Our number one priority is making sure the experience in the shop is pleasant and welcoming for customers and team members. We have a diverse crew of budtenders and staff that range in cannabis experience from novice to expert and all parts in between.

The Budtender is the customer’s first and last point of contact and must demonstrate excellent customer service consistent with our values.

Each team is responsible for cleaning glassware pertaining to their area.<br />Some Technicians are required to complete duties of both Sample Preparation and Generation where required and trained in co-operation with their team. After smoking, the Technician is required to run QS programs and review data to identify possible errors and/or repeats, complete applicable documentation and assist Sample Preparation Technician when necessary.
