The Brand Ambassador is enthusiastic and devoted to the company’s brands. They support the marketing and sales initiatives to ensure that all brands are preferred. They are the face of the company and help facilitate a seamless marketing and sales experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s preferred
  • Possess a valid California Driver’s License, with a clean driving record
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

We are committed to conscious cultivation and protecting our soils.</p><p><b>Job Description Summary</b></p><p>As a Surface Operations Technician, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:</p><p>· Land mitigation procedures.</p><p>· Irrigation Installation/Operations (indoor and outdoor).</p><p>· Preventative and/or restorative maintenance (via Work Order request/assignments).</p><p>· Proper waste disposal.</p><p>· Daily operation of farm machinery (seasonal).</p><p>· Providing assistance to Cultivation Department as needed (within time allowance of other assigned duties).</p><p>· Site Safety and Security and any other duties as required under the highest quality standards and professionalism.</p><p>Please note the location of operations for this position is 8648 Lake Davis Rd, Pueblo CO 81005</p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><p><i>(Keep in mind, that these may be completed with assistance from other team members and leaders)</i></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><p>Land Mitigation procedures</p><p>· Mowing and Weed Removal of entire property utilizing Farm Machinery and/or Yard tools (hand weeding around outdoor plants to be taken care of under the Cultivation Technician responsibilities).</p><p>· Grading and/or repairing any graveled areas of the property.</p><p>· Field management utilizing Regenerative Agriculture Methods (crop rotation etc)</p><p>· Irrigation Operations needed to Feed/Water the designated crop.</p><p>· Indoor and Outdoor manual and mechanical, to include setup, instillation, and daily operations of all irrigation systems (cultivation department can assist with daily operation of irrigation once fully trained on proper operations.)</p><p>· Daily inspection of Water levels in storage tanks and Fuel in storage tanks to ensure adequate availability.</p><p>o Providing information to Management team as needed within 1-week advance notice of ordering of needed water or fuel.</p><p>· Daily Operation of Farm Machinery to complete assigned tasks to include pre/post-operation checklist of all equipment.</p><p>· Daily Operations and inspections of indoor/outdoor irrigation equipment, water wells and Cisterns, RO Water Purification System, and Water Storage Tanks, Maintenance, and operation of the Aggrotech system in Greenhouse (with assistance of the Cultivation Department).</p><p>· General Maintenance (restorative and/or preventative) for Structural Buildings, Farm Machinery and Implements, Irrigation Equipment, Wet Walls, Water Wells and Cisterns, RO System, and Water Storage Tanks.</p><p>· Utilizing Maintenance Work Order request (that are to be filled out either by reporting party or Surface Operations Technician for all Repairs that are to be completed) on the property to include structural repairs.
