We're looking for a passionate React frontend developer to join our team to contribute meaningful work and bring ideas and solutions to our on-demand delivery business. You will be responsible for maintaining and refreshing our existing React online store, as well as bringing in new features, and continuously improving our webapps' performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain e-commerce web applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Continuously suggest new ideas and improvements

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

• Extensive experience with ReactJS and Redux.

• Expertise in SCSS and CSS

• Experience working with RESTful APIs

• Experience working with third party libraries and API

• Ability to function well as an independent contributor, given requirement and design specifications, as well as setting precedents on good coding practices for the team

• Strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a passion for creating great experiences

• Great communication skills and personality. Be able to work collaboratively with team and communicate proactively

• Ability to see problems outside of an engineer's mindset -- we build our platform for our customers after all.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

• Minimum 3 years in web development experience

Major Areas of Responsibility include:Clone, transplant water, fertilize, prune, trellis, defoliate, inspect for pathogens, identify toxicities and deficiencies, top, bud, and low stress train cannabis plants.Completing all accompanying paperwork and input this information into the software tracking system ensuring compliance with 105 CMR 725.105 (G)(3) &amp; (4).Cleaning or sterilizing all associated equipment used in the cultivation process as well as the grow rooms, transplant, wash, and general storage areas.Observe, record and report information to the supervisory team about plant growth, pathogens, and environmental disturbances.Maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards and in acceptable condition for best practices with the plants.Salary$17 - $18 USD per hourRequired SkillsMinimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge &amp; Abilities):Working knowledge of medical and recreational cannabis industry.Working knowledge of general plant physiology and biology, cannabis specific knowledge is a plus.Ability to work in hot humid conditions on concrete for long periods of time, standing, walking around, and preforming manual labor associated with plant care.Knowledgeable on regulations related to the Medical Use of Marijuana Program.Experience with inventory control methods.Strong interpersonal skills including listening, and communication.Ability to take direction, comprehend, and complete tasks as assigned in a timely manor.Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.Ability to develop strong relationships and experience working with senior level executives.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships in order to gain support and achieve results both internally and externally.Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem solving.Ability to organize and prioritize work.
