Cultivation Facility Manager

  • Initiates and Maintains post-harvest production and fulfillment by following Green Sativa Policies & Procedures for daily operations.

  • Work closely with Inventory Specialist to maintain appropriate clone count and strain count to accommodate Green Sativa’s plant count and strain rotation.
  • Ensures Team Members work in a timely manner and consistently strive to increase productivity
  • Ensures staff perform specific tasks in the grow not limited to harvesting, shwazzing, trimming, waste disposal, inventory management and cleaning.
  • Accurately and consistently maintains the tracking of each Harvest Batch and movement via the internal tracking system. Ensuring all record keeping requirements are always met.
  • Maintains a proficient knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi. Identifying and communicating to Cultivation Lead for continued maintenance for mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.
  • Ensure all product leaving facility is of quality trim and compliant with the State of Colorado’s tracking and transport regulations.
  • Handles all aspects of product testing including coordinating test samples according to the Colorado Dept. of Health regulations, Metrc tagging, manifesting and delivering of product.
  • Maintains Process Validation of all product according to the State of Colorado and MED Regulations
  • Handles all Harvest, Post-Harvest, Fulfillment and METRC responsibilities including but not limited to Harvesting, waste entry, tagging, finishing of tags, adjusting of tags, etc.
