Our Project Manager, Cannabis will focus on managing all aspects of cannabis related projects, from start to finish, to ensure these projects are completed on time and within budget

The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with strong knowledge of Intrusion, Fire, Card Access, Video Surveillance, and Networking ideally related to the cannabis space.

You’ll be a part of a highly collaborative team, working alongside knowledgeable salespeople and system design experts. Since the cannabis industry is rapidly evolving, you must be agile and be able to flex with the developments of the industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, from start to finish, so they are completed on time and within budget. This will include: Labor, Equipment Procurement, Project update meetings and tracking, Coordinating required inspections, and Communicating with customer/contractor.
  • Identify, develop and gather resources to complete the project. This will include managing project budgets and forecasts as well as labor resources. Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
  • Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate status of the project. Provide project support for operations to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins. Support labor resources with technical support and design inquiries. Answer questions from customers as they arise. Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize project delays. Participate in customer/site coordination meetings as needed.
  • Close out projects upon completion. Ensure project scope was met based on customer requirements. Coordinate necessary training.
