Budtender/Sales Associate

The person in this role will be responsible for being the front line to customers. Have basic cannabis product knowledge, but a willingness to learn is essential. This role requires an individual who has excellent conversational skills and minimum 2 years of customer service is ideal but not required. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

· Providing excellent costumer service and serving adult customers through the process of selecting, understanding, and purchasing cannabis products, such as flower, concentrates, tinctures, edibles, topical and pet.

· Ensuring to ask each customer for valid ID that look under 35 and under.

· Fulfil orders, manage cash transactions. Respond to enquiries via telephone.

· Must be comfortable to attend to the diverse needs of our customers in a confidential manner.

· Be expected to increase cannabis knowledge.

· Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

Qualifications

· 19+

· Minimum 2 years customer service with POS experience.

· Ability to obtain a clear criminal record check.

· Basic cannabis knowledge is an asset.

· Strong communicator with the ability to interact with Management and all other employees.

· Ability to manage and work in a face pasted and growing environment.

· Already have ‘Selling It Right – Budtender Certificate’ is a bonus.

NOTE: Security clearance will be required for this position. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal record check.
