Sales Manager

You’ll be working to develop systems and hire regional sales reps to meet goals. Reconnecting with old customers, finding better ways to serve them and giving Sales the attention it deserves is something that the sales manager would be responsible for doing.

Ideally we are looking for someone with a heart to serve customers and make deals where everyone wins. This would be starting from scratch so previous experience running a sales team in cannabis is preferred.

We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who is always interested in personal growth and learning as well as educating others. Positive attitude is very important!

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Create and implement SOP’s for sales people
  • Perform own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Analyze and present sales and revenue reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Analyze Data to set sales goals
  • Design and implement sales plans
  • Guide and mentor sales representatives
  • Create a positive and competitive environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-2 years of successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (B2B and Small to Medium Businesses preferred)
  • Previous experience in the Cannabis Industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
