We are looking for a results driven retail Sales Manager to be responsible for the wholesale department. This position will report to the Director of Operations who has been working with the company for over a year. The successful candidate will be able to work in a highly-regulated environment, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to...

  • Meet weekly & monthly sales goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customers (B2B) satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Assist customers with questions about products and opinion based questions.
  • Deal with issues that arise from customers.
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.


  • Proven successful experience as a sales person.
  • Unafraid of METRC, Cultivera, Trello and related software. (experience with METRC, Cultivera, and Trello is a plus)
  • Customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.


  • At least 21 years old.
  • Maine resident with current valid Maine ID.
  • Must be able to pass the background check required to become a Caregiver Assistant.
  • Basic knowledge of cannabis products, extraction process, and cultivation process.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle communications in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • The ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, prolonged standing, walking and kneeling.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
