We are seeking a Product Owner who has an innate passion for technology and Cannabis. You will directly contribute to a rapidly growing robotics company by working with our development and manufacturing teams to execute and drive projects to their completion while overseeing the product family life cycle. Our work consists of developing packaging solutions to fill, weigh, and package various cannabis products.

More specifically, the Product Owner directly contributes to the design direction, backlog prioritization, project scoping, planning, and execution. But it doesn’t stop there! As you actively participate, we expect you to become a product specialist working directly with our sales and client interfacing personnel to ensure our product is sold and delivered properly. Part of your responsibility will also be to learn cannabis to help ensure our technical solutions achieve our goals.

In this role you will

  • Be responsible for managing the product life cycle which includes interfacing and building development with sponsors, clients, sales, and generally everyone to ensure you’ve maximized the potential of the product.
  • Propose product development initiatives and upon approval of budget and resources, build project plans and execute the project with your team.
  • Through SCRUM (or KANBAN) be tracking burn rates, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they are produced and packaged in accordance with the project requirements.
  • Hands on involvement with the product development process as well as reviewing and approving bids and proposals.
  • Create training programs as well as creating literature to support the product sale and delivery process.


We’d like to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
  • University Degree in a technical field.
  • Experience with ERP environment; we use Syspro.
  • Experience with project collaboration software; we use Wrike.
