We are hiring a Product Data Coordinator to join the Product Team at Saucey. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter and team player with the ability to learn quickly as we expand across the US. You will be part of a team that works on two rapidly growing companies in very exciting industries (Alcohol and Cannabis delivery).

Your day-to-day

  • Work with the Product team to assist with feature and bug tracking across mobile and web applications
  • Analyze funnels and KPIs for falloff, improvements and trends to present to the product team
  • Build and evaluate dashboards and key data points to make sure our customers are constantly having the best user experience
  • Translate data from support into actionable insights for the product team
  • Build competitive analysis frameworks to ensure our products our staying competitive in the space
  • Team up with Product Manager and Associate Product Manager on executing product projects
  • Gather and present data to support the product roadmap and to shape initiatives
  • Identify opportunities and gaps within the products using internal data tools
  • Ensure that event and data tracking for our products is up to date and accurate
  • Assist in diagnosing bugs from a data point of view
  • Implement affiliate tags and help with data reporting for them including helping with data discrepancies
  • Fulfill ad-hoc data requests
  • You have:
  • Relevant coursework or work/internship experience in product and data related fields
  • Sql proficiency
  • Basic understanding of data tables and structures
  • Experience with any data visualization/business intelligence tools like Looker
  • Good spreadsheet skills
  • Experience with dealing with large amounts of data in different parts of a business
  • A "do-er" personality - biased toward action, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
  • Excellent communication with strong partnership and team skills
  • A never-ending desire to grow and learn
  • The ability to confidently make decisions and stick by them
  • A data-driven and executive mindset with a case building analytical nature
