Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is an administrative support role within the Sales department. This role will be a brand advocate, a sales trainer, and a logistics coordinator. This is a critical position in a rapidly developing industry and market, requiring a driven, attentive performer.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, and act as the liaison between customers and internal business stakeholders in all business matters including client issues.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product offerings to customers.
  • End-to-end follow-up and tracking of all orders.
  • Quickly and efficiently resolve all customer issues.
  • Consistently maintain industry and product knowledge.
  • Confidently explore objections to identify customer's pain points and provide solutions.

Basic Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of customer service or sales coordination experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to adapt to an ever-changing, high volume environment. Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Working Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
