At Oryon Canna, our mission is to provide a Superior cannabis experience for all patients by creating a top-tier disposable vape. Since its inception, Oryon has been a leading brand in the ever-growing Oklahoma market, and we are now looking to grow our team!

Oryon is in search of an Event Associate and Sales Representative located in the Tulsa, OK area. This hybrid role will primarily coordinate with our sales team and active dispensaries to manage in-store pop-ups and attending industry events as a brand rep. In addition, as an inside sales rep you will actively close sales, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment. The right person for this opportunity will have previous knowledge and experience in sales within the cannabis industry and will enjoy building relationships with customers and other industry influencers with the target of creating positive brand interactions.

Responsibilities:

Event Representative

  • Visit dispensaries to represent the brand during pop-up events and provide on-going patient/dispensary education (occasional weekend and evening events).
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule & attend pop-ups and events.
  • Research and attend social events to grow brand exposure and build relationships.
  • Gather pictures for marketing content on social media and the website.
  • Complete weekly reporting for mileage & expenditures.

Inside Sales

  • Complete market research and generate leads to find new account opportunities.
  • Make numerous outgoing sales calls, including cold calls, to close new accounts.
  • Follow-up with existing accounts to build relationships and take reorders.
  • Assist the sales team with in-person dispensary visits to close the account.
  • Participate and contribute to weekly sales meetings; communicate growth opportunities and challenges to the team.
  • Complete weekly reporting for CRM activity and sales results.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales experience; phone sales experience a plus
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry
  • LeafLink and Distru systems experience a plus
  • Reliable transportation

Compensation:

  • Base Pay $15/hr for full-time work
  • Extra Pay $25/hr for (3) 3-hour offsite activities per week; or 9 total hours of additional delegated time at social events and or visits paid weekly. Additional events and or social event time will be recorded on EOW report and paid out at $25/hour.
  • Reimbursements: mileage beyond 30, hotel stays when required, approved office supplies
  • Tiered Commission structure based on new account closes; paid monthly
