Assist with bringing branding, marketing, advertising content to current and new markets consistent with established guidelines. You are a creative person with an eye for details, a graphic design workhorse who can execute to brand and campaign standards and supporting the needs of the company’s retail and wholesale programs. You are strategic and understand that not every idea is suitable to achieve business or brand goals. You intuitively discern good photography from bad. You know when a logo is being appropriately used or abused. You demonstrate attention to typography, color, composition, and application. You love the extravagance of white space and understand visual restraint. You might even feel offended when you see content too close to a marginor trim line. You can crush out a powerpoint presentation and love infographics.
  • Work with operations and marketing departments to executemarketing workflow to support brand, wholesale and retail channels.
  • Create content for in-store, POS, collateral, signage, digital experiences based upon established brand look/feel.
  • Assist with promotional content, including wholesale sales of flower, processed marijuana and menu updates, including product photography, updated testing results, and content for digital menus and ordering systems.
  • Monitor website and update website content as required.
  • Support social media and other digital strategies.
  • Digital content creation may extend to video editing.
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing/advertising campaigns (production, media, fulfillment, monitoring, tracking).
  • Assist with fulfillment of promotional materials, signage.
  • Reorder branded content from print vendors as needed (packaging, bags, etc.)
  • Refine and beautify application content/procurements/presentations.
  • Generate company newsletters and blog content.
  • Interested parties must provide portfolio submission (website link acceptable) and apply through online portal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design,Digital Design or similar field is preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Comfortable learning new technology.
  • Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner, meet deadlines, and receive constructive feedback.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral communication skills with ability to effectively communicate well with all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced understanding of full Adobe suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office applicationsincluding Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
  • Continuous-improvement oriented, non-linear thinker is preferred.
  • Adaptable / Flexible - being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances in a start-up, fast-paced environment.
  • Open to a flexible work schedule. Must possess a positive can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally and have internet access at home for business-related tasks (ex. video conference calls).

Physical Requirements:

  • Long periods of prolonged standing and sitting while maintaining focus.

  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
  • Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and product.
