Hello, We are Herbarium! a Distributor of cannabis products, with a home base in West Hollywood, CA. This is a position made for someone who enjoys outside sales.

We are looking for a Distribution Salesperson who can grow our wholesale distribution directly to licensed dispensaries. Previous experience in the cannabis industry and interaction with dispensaries, buyers and delivery outlets is a must.

Travel is required, including client meetings and special events. Must possess ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and teamwork mentality.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Opening new accounts per week across California
  • Weekly shop visits to new and existing dispensaries.
  • Quotas can include sales dollar volume, new accounts, brand placement
  • Promote product placement and support those products sell through.
  • CRM knowledge and participation are a must
  • Weekly reporting to VP of Sales.
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Collaborate with executive team on all aspects of the industry and ideas.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing a strong and consistent pipeline while surpassing sales quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and in a positive go get them attitude!
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver.
  • Relationships with Dispensaries
  • Experienced with Leaflink

You must be 21 years or older. Reliable transportation.

This includes but is not limited to, new product applications, marketing applications, competitive promotional tracking, and managing the sales reps.</li><li>This position requires thorough knowledge of, policies, regulations, and people/positions within their organization.</li><li>The KAM will be responsible for the development of the National Strategic Account Plan, identifying opportunities and risks and developing category strategies to deliver sales volume so as to outperform Maq Distributor's competitors.</li><li>The KAM will secure and cultivate strong relationships with key National contacts as a preferred supplier and trusted resource.</li><li>This role will take a proactive and collaborative approach with internal departments such as Customer Solutions, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Consumer Insights to drive results and maximize opportunities.</li><li>The KAM will create, build and deliver persuasive fact-based category presentations with detailed analysis to support.</li><li>This position will prepare and conduct detailed reviews of portfolio performance on a monthly basis, including bi-annual business reviews per category with both the customer and our internal team.</li><li>The KAM will lead the annual planning process for the Canada market.</li><li>Setting and managing yearly goal setting and monthly targets for the Field Sales Team.</li></ul><p><b>Job Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>A University Degree or Comparable.
