We are looking for motivated individuals able to lead a retail team by combining sales skills and compassionate service for our community.

Our Shift Leaders are required to:

    * Be flexible in role, by assisting the departments of the store when needed. This includes Budtending and assisting with our Inventory. *Excel in making connections with our community and our patients. *Have wonderful communication skills and translate that into customer service to assist patients with their needs and concerns. *Confidence in the ability to Open the business and Close it down with a mindset for setting our teams up for success. *Fill in for the Sales Manager when absent. *Ensure daily operating procedures and policies are being followed to DCC and company regulations and policies. *Assist with any technical issues that customers or employees may experience with POS / Online ordering systems. *Moderate knowledge of any programs utilized in our work space IE: Excel, Word, Drive, Treez. *Take responsibility for assisting in the development and growth of other staff members.

Required Qualifications:

    *Retail Management or Leadership experience in a fast paced environment. *Must be over 21. *Clear background check. *Reliable transportation. *Experienced Cash handling skills. *Honest and caring attitude.
