This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial spirited individual who is laser focused on results in the cannabis industry.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Lead your team to achieve above target regional results including sales, distribution growth, innovation speed to market &amp; adhoc sales initiatives.</p><p>• Western Region Staff Management</p><p>• Staffing &amp; onboarding</p><p>• Develop and host regional training meetings</p><p>• Administer day to day leadership via phone, MS Teams and in field work withs</p><p>• Performance management</p><p>• Manage time and expense budget</p><p>• Vet call report and program compliance</p><p>• Escalate HR related matters to leadership for guidance</p><p>• Collaborate with our client providing timely service inquiry resolutions and industry insights</p><p>Qualifications/Skills Required</p><p>· Ideal candidate has prior retail sales leadership experience in cannabis, grocery mass or pharma</p><p>· Takes ownership for results</p><p>· Motivational communicator who is passionate about the cannabis industry</p><p>· Strong coaching and development of team. (Both locally and remotely)</p><p>· Ability to adapt in a dynamic fast paced atmosphere</p><p>· Strong organization skills</p><p>· Intermediate tech skills.
