Greetings! We are looking for qualified individuals to join our team! Gnome Grown is currently on the hunt for 1 part time budtender, for our boutique Oregon City location. Our goal is to continually work to de-stigmatize cannabis through an education-based approach, where we strive to show consumers that cannabis can be both medicinal and recreational. A desire to learn, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of cannabis is a must. Candidates must be flexible in their availability and punctual in their attendance.

Duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a hefty knowledge of cultivars, products, consumption methods, and cannabis culture.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and inspiring store experience.
  • Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of vendors, inventory, methods of cannabis cultivation, processing and consumption.
  • Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers.
  • Ensure consistent Store organization and cleanliness.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, it is essential that you represent the industry and Gnome Grown with a compassionate, yet professional demeanor.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
  • Product deliveries/intakes.
  • Prepackage bulk weight for sale.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work morning, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Must have OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit to be considered for employment.
  • Previous retail and dispensary experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Health care professionals around the world trust Beacon MedicalTM for developing and producing industry-leading cannabis and cannabinoid-based therapeutics, created from natural ingredients of the highest quality.</p><p>The Medical Marketing Manager will support product development of LuminaTM under the Health &amp; Wellness segment and take an active role in the support of Canna FarmsTM e-commerce Medical Marketplace.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>• MARKETING PLAN CREATION &amp; EXECUTION: Lead strategic brand planning for both Beacon MedicalTM and LuminaTM and create the annual marketing brand plan. Marketing plans will support expected sales volumes (by region and channel) with data supported strategy and tactical execution that ladders up to the overall Commercial Strategy for VIVO.</p><p>• Maintain and support the growth of Beacon MedicalTM and LuminaTM (any other brands created under the Health &amp; Wellness category) by identifying integrated marketing and communications opportunities, innovative strategies and tactics, channel planning, portfolio management and the execution of medical education strategies to strengthen brand perception among health care professionals and patients/consumers.</p><p>• Critically evaluates evidence-based literature to support medical education and training on products for category awareness; stays abreast of clinical research related to endocannabinoid system</p><p>• Maintain a thorough knowledge of cannabis consumer and patient needs, desires and what drives them to purchase or engage with our brands.</p><p>• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating omnichannel campaigns including digital strategy, trade programs; sales assets</p><p>• GLOBAL BRAND LEAD: Lead development of Beacon MedicalTM marketing materials to support global product launches and ongoing engagement in market.</p><p>• Contribute to the global strategy for Beacon MedicalTM branded products including portfolio, content development, promotion and partnerships.</p><p>• Collaborate with International Teams (Australia, Germany) to ensure each region's stakeholder engagement and regional marketing strategy aligns with the Global Strategic Plan.</p><p>• BUDGET OWNERSHIP: Meets marketing financial objectives; collaborating to annual budget creation; executing to plan and daily management of expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions as needed.</p><p>• MARKETING LEADERSHIP &amp; AGENCY MANAGEMENT: Lead VIVO's external partner agencies, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, who provide marketing, strategy or digital services to VIVO, ensuring value for money and inspiring them to create outstanding execution of marketing programs to drive results through detailed KPIs</p><p>• RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND LEVERAGING: Build and support strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including physicians and clinics, pharmacists, and strategic partners that influence growth and preference for VIVO brands</p><p>• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Communicates proactively with Sales, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Product Development to facilitate product commercialization of both new and existing products</p><p>• PROBLEM SOLVING: Demonstrate an ongoing ability to determine specific simplified actions to keep solving issues &amp; take advantage of opportunities – works well in a team environment</p><p>• INNOVATION: Continuously look to the future by vetting and evaluating product innovation opportunities for VIVO based on consumer and patient trends with a focus on Health and Wellness.
