Decibel Gardens is looking to build a strong cultivation team now, in preparation for the launch of our new facility. We will be expanding, and nearly tripling our current cultivation capacity. This operation will be located in Santa Cruz, CA.

Job Summary:

The Cultivation Compliance technician will be responsible for overseeing the compliance process of all living plants on site, as well as supporting cultivators with daily operations within the garden. This position will be responsible for all track and trace requirements for living plants within METRC to remain compliant with California Regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The position of compliance cultivator tech has a diverse role that requires management and supervision of staff to ensure all compliance work is being done correctly. The ideal candidate will be confident with both digital and real-life garden management.

*Must have at least 2 years of commercial/profesional grow experience in an indoor only facility.

*METRC/3rd party software - 1 year commercial experience

The systems that are the cornerstone of Decibel Gardens' success are state of the art and are based on optimal efficiency and ease of use for its employees. These systems include rolling tables and automated irrigation systems designed and installed by the industry's leading agriculture professionals. Along with our high-performance systems and efficiency comes our goal to maximize our footprint using every available square foot available of our nearly 4000 square foot facility.
