Bridgeport Cannabis Company (BCC) is looking to grow our “green” family in a unique and homey cannabis store experience. Located near the iconic Bridgeport bridge, our vision at BCC is to serve our customers the choicest selection of cannabis products that the OSC has to offer. We want to create a warm and informative shopping experience for all our customers. BCC is constantly looking to innovative and look for sustainable ways to serve our customers & community. As part of our green fam we are looking for passionate Cannabis Sales Associates who are equally committed in realizing that vision with us! We are currently looking to hire both fulltime and part-time Cannabis Sales Associates at our cannabis dispensary located at Bridgeport & Bloomingdale.

Requirements:

- Minimum age of 19 years old as specified by the provincial government

- Have or be able to obtain a valid CannSell Certificate

- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience (preferred)

- Post-Secondary Education (Preferred)

- Be knowledgeable in or willing to learn about cannabis culture

- Understand different cannabis brands, strains, effects and products (especially new products)

- Able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs (preferred)

Additional Duties:

Processing sales and interfacing with Point of Sale system, Customer interaction and support, Retail clean-up and tidying, as BCC grows, the responsibilities and the job title may shift to reflect a change in requirements.

Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. We are seeking candidates to fill full-time & part-time positions. Starting Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience. Our store will be open 7 days a week with hours ranging from 10 am to 10 pm. The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background and reference checks. This will only apply to the successful candidates.
