Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and oversight of all sales activities in their given market to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability for both short- and long-range goals including opening new doors and improving existing sales with current vendors.

Essential Functions:

  • Wholesale sales: Flower & processed products – work with dispensary buyers in Ohio, as identified by management, and help them solve their business problems with our products;
  • Lead a team of outside sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and provide exemplary customer service;
  • Flower/trim sales - Define and execute sales strategy for biomass sales, balancing the needs of Cure’s processing facility with the demands of the market;
  • Continuously cultivate business relationships with existing and potential customers in retail and processing around the state;
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and margin targets;
  • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for all wholesale sales; ensure that forecasts are shared with and agreed upon by key stakeholders within the company, in a timely manner;
  • Work in close coordination with marketing team to plan and promote products and events;
  • Maintain the high level of customer satisfaction expected of a premium brand; monitor customer feedback and suggestions for products; promptly address any customer complaints;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor product offerings and pricing, adjust strategy based on market demands on an as needed basis;
  • Generate and share statistical and financial performance reports on a regular and as-needed basis;
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on market segments;
  • Comply at all times with the laws and regulations governing the sale of medicinal cannabis in the State of Oklahoma.
