Talent Acquisition Coordinator

C3 Industries, comprised of cultivation and manufacturing facilities (with products sold under the Cloud Cover brand name) and retail locations (operated under the High Profile banner), is dedicated to masterfully crafting, branding, and selling premium cannabis products in legal medical and recreational markets. A passion for cannabis combined with a desire to produce premium, high-quality products, drove the company's founders to launch the business in 2017.

Since that time, the company has quickly grown its operations to four states with vertically integrated operations consisting of approximately 250,000 square feet of cannabis production space and more than 20 retail dispensaries in various stages of development across all its markets. The company has raised significant capital to date, is profitable and fully funded for all its current projects across Michigan, Oregon, Missouri, and Massachusetts, and is strategically positioned for continued significant growth.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining data and candidate information, and facilitating the recruiting and candidate life cycle.

In this role you will….

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by learning, understanding, and assisting with the full-cycle recruitment process for entry level positions by collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Assisting with facilitating requisition intake meeting to ensure that clear expectations are set, and position requirements are clearly defined.
  • Post roles through Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external sites; ensure ATS is optimized by all involved in the recruitment process.
  • Assist with conducting initial resume review and screening of candidates; coordinate interviews and follow-up with hiring managers after each stage of the process as needed.
  • Proactively source candidates through various platforms.
  • Develop interview guides for all stages of the interview process; coordinate with applicable recruiter for review.
  • Support the coordination of offers by facilitating the post-offer process with employees once verbal offer has been accepted.
  • Conduct background investigations, complete credential/licensure verifications and reference checks.
  • Ensure all administrative reporting tasks are completed in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) monthly for accurate reporting Compile accurate weekly reporting metrics for various Talent Acquisition & HR meetings; have the ability to speak to them on a high level.
  • Assist with planning and executing in person recruitment events.
  • Maintain and update files, documents and data for the Talent Acquisition team, prepare reports as requested

Skills and experience you have...

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years related experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience with high volume recruiting, preferably with hourly associates preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional, businesslike manner.
  • Comprehensive understanding of progressive trends and best practices in recruiting.
  • Knowledge of KPI's and metrics.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems as well as tools and technology used for candidate sourcing.
  • Proven ability to establish strong credibility and build relationships, operate in an environment of ambiguity, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong results-orientation and commitment to quality, performance and deliverables.
  • Effective multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
