Position Summary:

The Recruiter at Charlottes Web will work collaboratively with HR and organizational leaders to provide a well-tailored and customer centric experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Aid Talent Acquisition in continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and incorporation of best practices
  • Manage and develop ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, including social media platforms
  • Support and develop college/university career fair talent search and pipelines
  • Create and foster relationships with women/diversity/veteran/disabled career organizations
  • Ensure adherence to all federal and state laws and regulations governing the employment process
  • Maintain knowledge of labor market trends to implement competitive hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Execute on hiring initiatives for a diverse set of roles across the company, supporting several business areas and geographies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and consultative recruiting partner
  • Engage with leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies and provide guidance throughout the recruiting process
  • Work collaboratively to design and build out an efficient recruitment process, one that is tech-enabled, candidate-friendly and is effective in sourcing and selecting the very best people available in our industry and markets
  • Ensure a standardized recruitment process that is nimble, efficient and service-oriented for both applicants and hiring managers, paying close attention to candidate experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in various Human Resource capacities, preferably in roles of increasing responsibility
  • PRH, SHRM-CP or equivalent Human Resources certification highly preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic business environment
  • Proven track record in the areas of program delivery and creation
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with team members across the organization on various issues
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and organizational consulting skills
  • Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent degree preferred

Compensation:

$50,800.00 - $84,800.00
