Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Hibuzz Cannabis is seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. You will be working directly with the CEO of the company assisting in his functions on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Alleviate management's day to day tasks
  • Organize the CEO's meetings and appointments
  • Answer CEO's email correspondences
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems including invoices and receipts for accounting purposes
  • Process reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Conduct research on products
  • Manage staff scheduling and payroll
  • Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming emails, and other correspondence
  • Submit payments on behalf of CEO
  • Adhere to regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  • Act as assistant manager when CEO is not in store
  • Interact with supervisors for any related customer issues
  • Submit returns to OCS
  • Submit online refunds on behalf of the supervisors
  • Upload PO's for added inventories

Qualifications:

  • MUST BE COMPUTER SAVY
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be VERY tech savvy and able to work with various software
  • Must be expert in Microsoft Office
  • Must be flexible in schedule to answer emails and text messages
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must be flexible with the schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
