Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Manages all operation aspects of Project Activity including cost management, schedule management, data management, proposal activity and other related activities. Working closely with IT Director and Operations team. • Plan, schedule, organize and administer project tasks, budgets, and schedules. • Develop Project Plan(s), risk management strategy • Track project against schedule, budget, and phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff as needed and/or requested. • Establish and manage customer relationships. Serves as a principal liaison with current and prospective customers/stakeholders. • Recommend and/or lead new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time delivery. • Generate various reports/deliverables including monthly project status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel. • Support client by developing presentations and other project related materials Responsible for ensuring that the team follows the designated approach. Investigate and adjust personnel problems among program team members. • Other duties may be assigned to meet operational/mission needs. The Experience You Bring and the Skills we Need: • Current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. • Strong PM experience in Solution Deployment. • Strong experience with productivity tools. • Strategic thinker who is well respected for his/her business and technical knowledge and ability to see the big picture. • A person of the highest integrity who operates strictly on what is best for the organization. • Experience leveraging business opportunities through the implementation of current and emerging technologies. • Excellent leadership skills with the proven ability to motivate IT professionals, resolve conflicts, and enable highest productivity level. • Ability to work effectively with multiple constituencies to provide high quality services and establish consensus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective planning and problem-solving abilities and strong technical expertise. • Five years of progressive information technology experience in a highly successful, fast-paced environment with CPG experience preferred Physical Requirements • Regularly required to sit for long periods of time • Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. • Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. • Occasionally required to stand and walk. • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
