About the role:
As Nectar’s Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing and conducting in-person inspections of Nectar licensed facilities to ensure both regulatory compliance and compliance with Nectar internal SOPs. You will also identify and analyze risks, be proactive with recommendations for resolutions and oversee the wasting process and shall analyze and report on findings. Specifically, you would be responsible for:
  • Completing walkthroughs of all licensed facilities to identify and analyze risks.
  • Creating walkthrough summaries with action items for corrective actions.
  • Completing "wastings" at all retail licenses.
  • Creating wasting summary for each wasting completed.
  • Creating monthly adjustment summary for Reg Op.
  • Creating quarterly wasting summary.
  • Preparing presentations for OSHA Committee meetings.
  • Holding a monthly OSHA Safety committee meeting and have meeting minutes shared with staff before being archived in OSHA binder.
  • Recording all OLCC Potential Violations with cause in the PV tracker.
  • Studying OLCC, OSHA, OHA, and ODA materials and stay on top of any new updates.
  • Completing all side projects. (Auditor may be asked to temporality work outside normal job description to help
  • Escalating issues as needed to the Department Manager.

Compensation for this role will vary depending on the candidate’s level of experience.
