Green Sativa is seeking a professional, experienced large-scale commercial cannabis Cultivation Manager for greenhouse and outdoor grows.
*

  • Work closely with company management regarding all elements of cultivation and production.
  • Maintain appropriate clone count and strain count to accommodate the company's strain rotation.
  • Ensures staff work in a timely manner and consistently strive to increase productivity.
  • Monitors the work of, cultivation techs, trimmers and IPM teams to maintain plants consistently and for maximum production.
  • Accurately and consistently maintains the tracking of each Harvest Batch and movement via the internal tracking system. Ensuring all record keeping requirements are always met.
  • Maintains a proficient knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi. Responsible for continued maintenance for mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.
  • Ensure all product, inventory, packaging, sampling and waste are compliant in accordance with MED, the State of Colorado’s tracking and transport regulations and the Colorado Dept. of Health regulations.
  • Maintains Process Validation of all product according to the State of Colorado and MED Regulations.

Handles all Harvest, Post-Harvest, Fulfillment and METRC responsibilities including but not limited to Harvesting, waste entry, tagging, finishing of tags, adjusting of tags, etc.

  • Works collaboratively with the Facility and Fulfillment Managers to ensure the Retail store is fully stocked with flower.
  • Must be proactive on all material needs for the Cultivation Facility.
  • Salary commensurate with experience and negotiable.
