Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with branded products suppliers
  • Maximize profitability of shelf space within Medcare dispensaries.

  • Coordinate implementation of new Medcare branded products
  • Source products that meet the margin targets as established by store management.
  • Maximizing profitability of excess bulk flower products in the wholesale market
  • Work with marketing partners to create promotional Medcare Branded Items such as lighters, lanyards, rolling trays, mask, and other accessories.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the operations team.


  • Fair knowledge of current cannabis regulations that relate to distribution and retailers.
  • Must be extremely self-motivated and set own schedule with intention and discipline.
  • Excellent social skills - ability to be professional, as well as at comfortable in cannabis culture.
  • Comfortable working with significant amounts of data

  • Fluent in all Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to learn new software systems in support of the job.
