Most of the trusted brands you're washing up with are made with detergents, chemicals and tallow, which is just another name for cow fat (umm… gross). Sulfates, artificial detergents and parabens can cause irritation, trigger allergies and have other unpleasant side effects.

That doesn't exactly say refreshing shower to us. So we set out on a mission to find an alternative. After learning more about commercial soap ingredients, we found ourselves in a bit of a lather about the whole business.

In 2013, we began experimenting with soap recipes that are safe for your skin and contain ingredients you can actually pronounce. After making a few big messes, we created something wonderful and Buff City Soap was born.

OUR SOAP MAKERY:

We handcraft each bar of Buff City soap in what we call our Soap Makeries. Each of our locations makes every product sold right there, where you can see exactly what goes into the products you put on your body. It's a bit of a mad lab stocked with ingredients like rose petals, lavender buds, hemp seed oil, shea butter, charcoal, and tea tree oil. Even our body scrubs are squeaky clean with natural exfoliants like chopped loofah bits, crushed walnut shells, and poppy seeds. What you will never see are artificial detergents, surfactants, dyes, or other harsh chemicals.

We even have our fragrances manufactured for us to ensure they are free of phthalates, parabens, and formaldehyde containing/forming ingredients. You can customize your products with the scent (or non-scent) of your choice and the ingredients that you prefer.

The possibilities are endless!

PM 20

Experience:

College education preferred, but not required.

Management and/or Sales experience required.

Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of guest service techniques and operational practices.

Strong problem solving and organizational/planning skills.

Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to coach and mentor while having knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.

Team building skills

Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.

Dexterity of hands and fingers.

Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs.

Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch.

Ability to perform Makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

PI143134878

","company":{"companyType":"Public/Established","name":"BCS Developers","logoUrl":"/logos/bcs-developers-80f381d35fb145ce4a8bd74e1ce0ac16.jpeg"},"location":{"country":"United States","address":"Cranberry Township, PA 16066","city":"Cranberry Township","stateProvince":"PA"},"frontendLink":"/job-posting/bcs-developers/general-manager-soap-makery/0a6a3294f8686c92ab55c731d2fa3418","title":"General Manager - Soap Makery","hash":"0a6a3294f8686c92ab55c731d2fa3418","postingUrl":"https://www.indeed.com/job/general-manager-soap-makery-2a1a25a4c88c0e94"},{"employmentType":"Full-time","postedOn":"2 days ago","description":"

Job Description

People Store Staffing Solutions is “growing” by leaps and bounds and we want you to be part of our team!

We are currently seeking entry-level packaging and production workers for a cannabis processing facility located in Aylmer Ontario!

Please note that the company’s larger facility is in Mt Brydges, so this is where the majority of

SHIFTS: Day and Afternoon Shifts Available! 4 – 10 hour shifts and Fridays are typically 4 hour shifts.

PAY RATE: $16.00 with a 50 cent shift premium on afternoons!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be over 19 years of age Need to have safety boots or shoes Must be able to pass a criminal background check (must be 100% clear and the check will be run prior to starting) Must be open to working at either location (Mt. John’s journey within the staffing industry is truly a Canadian success story. Dating back to 1995 when John joined the staffing industry right out of College. He was 20 years old.

John spent a number of years with large multinational firms helping to grow the Canadian market. With a series of achievements under his belt, including 9 years of industry experience, and a track record of success, John felt it was time for a new challenge.

With all of the rapid changes affecting the industry, John noticed the decay of the values within the industry from which he had built his experience on. Thinking to himself that enough was enough he decided to introduce quality back into the industry. He didn’t know it at the time – but this quality standard later became PQAP (People Store Quality Assurance Program).

With the encouragement of a close friend and an already successful entrepreneur, Frank Cianciulli, John decided to set out on his own and build a new type of staffing firm. In 2003 John designed his business plan and launched the business from his kitchen table. With only an idea, a dream, and a ton of ambition, John set in motion one of the most successful staffing firms to ever hit the Canadian market

","company":{"companyType":"Private/Growth","name":"People Store","logoUrl":"/logos/people-store-9a3e57a64c49c80c085ec7691abdd7c3.png"},"location":{"country":"Canada","address":"Aylmer, ON","city":"Aylmer","stateProvince":"ON"},"frontendLink":"/job-posting/people-store/cannabis-packaging-and-production-staff/f1af8903f4992a7eef191bcbfc6d4975","title":"Cannabis Packaging and Production Staff","hash":"f1af8903f4992a7eef191bcbfc6d4975","postingUrl":"https://en-ca.whatjobs.com/job-for-Cannabis-Packaging-and-Production-Staff-in-Aylmer-coop12127520"},{"employmentType":"Full-time","postedOn":"22 hours ago","description":"

You will be filling cartridges, disposables, and working with Hemp flower.
