Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting.

Cloning: Cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling; and inventory data input. Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating and staking; big leafing and pruning; watering; plant monitoring; inventory data input.

Harvesting: Cutting plants; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system. Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing rooms, cultivation workspaces and tools. Packaging and Trimming may be needed during peak times.

As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.</p><p><b>CORE JOB DUTIES</b></p><p>• Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as needed</p><p>• Timely completion of work lists</p><p>• Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule</p><p>• Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing</p><p>• Repair mechanical equipment as directed</p><p>• Keep a log of maintenance performed</p><p>• Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required</p><p>• Have keys to every area, marked and organized and be knowledgeable of the various keys</p><p>• Patrol building exterior for garbage</p><p>• Maintain Landscaping vendor</p><p>• Snow/salt or other ground work as required (maintain snow plow vendor)</p><p>• Maintain HVAC contractor</p><p>• Maintain Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors</p><p>• Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies</p><p>• Move equipment, tools or supplies between properties as required</p><p>• Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required</p><p>• Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed</p><p>• Touch up painting and dry-wall patching as needed</p><p>• Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving</p><p>• Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system</p><p>• Use protective hearing, eye-wear and shoes when necessary</p><p>• Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets bi-weekly</p><p>• Other duties as necessary</p><p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS</p><p>• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred</p><p>• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair</p><p>• An ability to work well under pressure</p><p>• Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits</p><p>• Relevant technical knowledge</p><p>• HVAC Certified (preferred)</p><p>• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills;
