Job Description

- The Floor Lead is responsible for opening duties which include setting up product for the day, managing previous night’s deposit and change disbursement.

- The Floor Lead is responsible for closing duties with include breaking down the store for close, nightly deposit, Metrc sales and adjustments, and correct change disbursement.

- Daily expectations of a Floor Lead are as follows:

-Assisting sales associates with change, manager approvals, re-stocking.

-Actively look for ways to help and make procedures more efficient.

-Assist with sales associates or sales floor when needed.

-Inventory control which includes bar coding, adjusting packages, entering joints, and entering PO’s.

Requirements

- 1 or more years of retail management experience

- Holidays, nights and weekends required

- License from state for work in retail marijuana
