Responsibilities:

A Processing Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all of the duties listed below.

  • Initiate the pre-roll production process by grinding, screening, weighing and labeling the material
  • Assemble (Thump) pre-rolls by selecting quality pre-roll material
  • Weigh Prerolls
  • Crown Prerolls
  • Packaging (Tubing) Prerolls
  • Label Pre Roll Tubes
  • Package Pre Rolls into Finished Goods Case
  • Fogger Operations
  • Gain Understanding of Leaf Logics & Metrc
  • Work to meet or exceed all production quotas
  • Follow Cannabis Control Commission compliance regulations
  • Gain Understanding of department KPI metrics
  • Comply with company and department policy

Requirements:

  • Have a flexible schedule that includes working nights for example (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)
  • Stand and walk for extended amounts of time
  • Repetitively use your hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, cutting and fine manipulation
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day while working
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
