This individual must be able to multitask, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Job Description:

The role will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure production of high quality products and carries out day-to-day tasks including; prepping; packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by SeaWeed Co. and State regulations; maintaining glassware; daily lab cleanup; troubleshooting and resolving problems.

  • Packaging and labeling of cannabis extracts to meet daily production schedule for SeaWeed Co.including but not limited to: Flower, Cartridges, Diamonds, Shatter, Badder, Wax, Sugar, Edibles, and Tinctures.
  • Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by SeaWeed Co. procedures.
  • Conducting visual inspections to ensure all products meet or exceed SeaWeed Co. specifications.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout the entire packaging process.
  • Keep a precise count of all packaged product and weight(s) of product used for an accurate end of day reconciliation of packaged inventory and remaining inventory.
  • Consistently operates in an efficient manner that also complies with all OMP regulations, SeaWeed Co. SOP's and all applicable required procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring each product is properly labeled in compliance with the ME Regulations.
  • Works in a quick and efficient manner and strives to consistently increase productivity.
  • Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the packaging spaces and rooms while performing all duties.

Education / Experience

  • Must be over 21
  • Individual Identification Card- Issued by Office of Marijuana Policy of Maine. Must successfully pass this background check.

  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in cannabis preferred but is not required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly and up to 80 lbs. on occasion
