Green Health Docs helps thousands of patients obtain their Medical Cannabis Certification. We are in over 20 states and we are rapidly expanding into many more states. Our Call Center in Frederick, MD is the glue that holds the company together and we are hiring Call Center Representatives who can join our team and help patients get the best care.

DAILY TASKS:

  • Book appointments and provide excellent patient care to all clients
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, texts, and emails from patients looking for more information on Medical Cannabis Certifications
  • Schedule patients and prepare charts by using our EMR system (Electronic Medical Record System).
  • Understand the laws and regulations for Medical Cannabis Certifications in specific states.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work in our Frederick office and be on time for each shift
  • Must be trainable and motivated to help patients obtain their Medical Cannabis Certifications
  • Must have proficient knowledge of technology/computers
  • Must be organized and have the patience, discipline and focus to do repetitive tasks well.

Our Call Center received hundreds of calls/texts daily. Ultimately, we are looking for Call Center Representatives to book patients and take them from "hello" to "you are all set for your appointment". We have incentive programs to reward Call Center Representatives that exceed our expectations.
