We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the company’s marketing projects. The Project Manager will be working closely with management, our product team, and other departments to effectively scope and implement projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing and a basic understanding of technical projects. This role will suit someone who is flexible and dynamic.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the creative intake process, creates project timelines, monitors project lifecycle from start to finish
  • Knowledge of creative development processes, writing, design, brand management, etc.
  • Support the team on coordination for staff meetings and tracking and execution of key deliverables for the organization
  • Facilitate, assign, track the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure proper assignment of staff resources to complete the projects in a timely manner
  • Successfully manage the relationship with 3rd Party Vendors and internal team members
  • Collaborate within the Management team to continuously improve company’s internal solutions and processes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management & Marketing preferred
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to capture thoughts and transform them into project documentation based on the business requirements and specifications
  • Comfort using task-management tools like Jira and Asana.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in project priorities
  • Leadership skills and proven ability to own a project from start to finish
  • Ability to work independently alongside a fast-paced team
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance and to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Bachelor’s (or equivalent work experience) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

The Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Support (IEM) responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards.</p><p>The IEM is able to design systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, are cost-efficient, and ensure high product quality.</p><p>The IEM find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes. They devise efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product or provide a service.</p><p>The role of an IEM is all about efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have an eye on the bottom line, a passion for optimizing technology and process to produce the highest quality products, and a concern for the welfare of your manufacturing workforce.
