• Develop, oversee and execute retail marketing programs including promotions, experiential campaigns and marketing collateral creation for both retail and wholesale locations as well as events *Conduct ongoing market research through surveys, observational data gathering, competitor shopping/expansion tracking, focus groups and polling *Source & identify vendors who can fulfill needs (company merchandise, print collateral, display materials) at competitive prices *Collaborate with designer to develop various materials for print and digital collateral, providing clear direction and reviewing content with keen attention to detail *Manage and schedule all text and email promotions and manage related vendors *Work with internal teams to track sales/inventory and systematically introduce and schedule promotions, sales, price changes, etc. *Assist in interpreting sales reports, analyzing product performance and providing feedback on how to improve figures and customer engagement *All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or design fields strongly desired *2-5 years work experience in project management, marketing, retail or sales *Experience in retail, cannabis, or CPG industries strongly desired *Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with good judgement and resourcefulness. *Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail *Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines *Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information. *Strong communication skills – written and verbal. *Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment. *Possesses a high level of critical thinking and the ability to quickly synthesize complex information from multiple facets of the business. *Strong organization planning & project management skills
