DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maximize sales revenue and handle distribution operations within a given territory

• Provide stellar customer service to accounts

• Sell and manage simultaneous initiatives and programs, such as promotions, pricing strategies, new products, and merchandising

• Conduct visits, budtender trainings, and light merchandising

• Develop innovative ways to improve one's territory or team's performance

• Provide feedback to Sales Leadership Team on opportunities

• Update CRM software and other internal tracking systems in a responsible, timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

• Cannabis industry experience required

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred, but not required

• (NV, MI, AZ only) Leaflink experience preferred, but not required

• (CA Only) Salesforce experience preferred, but not required

• (CA Only) Odoo experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to communicate effectively and influence others

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
