The job will start out part-time, then move to full-time

Gas compensation available, as the office is currently in Gold Hill

Must have leadership and delegating skills. Along with attention to detail and organization. I have many small projects that need to be done daily.

Light labor work can be involved on some days. Must be able to lift 40 lb

Farming Visions is a staffing agency for the Cannabis industry. We have many projects and last minute events that pop up. Must be able to shift gears and be responsive to changes.

Some remote work will be available

Job will start off at 4 hours 3 days a week for the first 3 weeks, then move to 4 days a week after. As our busy season increases, The position will move to full time 5-6 days a week.

This position is primarily for a personal assistant. Although there is some house cleaning and farm labor work available for more hours

Maintain data necessary to generate lists, maps and oversee response to FOIL requests related to the hemp program;</li></ul><ul><li>Schedule compliance activities as warranted, arranging for all necessary oversight, communication, and outreach in a geographic area;</li></ul><ul><li>Provides all required reports to the Horticultural Inspector 3 (Industrial Hemp) and division leadership in a timely manner;</li></ul><ul><li>Meet regularly with staff to provide leadership; and</li></ul><ul><li>Work cooperatively with all partner agencies including local law enforcement agencies, New York State Office of Cannabis Management and the USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service Hemp Program NYS OPRHP, NYSDEC, USDA, APHIS PPQ and others as appropriate.</li></ul><p><b>Minimum Qualifications for Non-Competitive Appointment: </b></p><p>A bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in horticulture, forestry, plant pathology, botany, entomology, environmental studies/plant science, or a biological science primarily related to the scientific study of plants or animals.
