Patient Care Advocates are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Bloc PCA you'll ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience for our patients and assist customers in product selection based on defined treatment plans and product availability. You'll fulfill customer requests and look for opportunities to introduce new and alternative products. You'll ensure patients are accurately tracked in the patient system, educate customers on product attributes and usage; and, perform sales transactions in compliance with all regulations governing the sale of cannabis products in the State of Missouri. You'll also answer phones, respond to voicemail, and take orders. Another key responsibility of this role is to maintain knowledge of new and existing products via vendor training, documentation, and cross-training with management, pharmacists, and senior patient care advocates.

What you bring to the role:

Your experience includes two or more years of experience working in a fast paced and high-volume retail or pharmacy environment with cash handling responsibility. You're also passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.

You must be at least 21 and possess a valid driver’s license or state ID and be able to pass all required background checks, certifications, and affiliation requirements.

This role works closely and collaboratively with facilities' leadership.</p><p>Reports to: Facility Operations Manager</p><p><b>Major Areas of Responsibility include:</b></p><p><b>Management of Resources:</b></p><p>• Utilizing a continuous improvement and production oriented mindset, leads the research into the best methods to improve controlled environment agricultural house manufacturing operations of our multi-state cultivation centers and serves as the subject matter expert in all aspects of crop growing and production including quality, health, productivity, yield and cultivar.</p><p>• Determines production planning parameters, along with local General Manager and/or Market Director, such as production efficiency, quantities and harvest dates, product mix, safety, and yield levels, to ensure production commitments are met.</p><p>• Develops methods to monitor and measure department activity to identify areas of success and areas of opportunity to control production efficiency, manufacturing variances, material waste, labor expense and other indicators of profitability.</p><p>• Works closely with the respective regional leadership to coordinate, communicate and deliver on inventory, production, and product mix goals; incorporates new and updated products.</p><p>• Reviews current systems for operational efficiency. Ensures capabilities and go-to market plans are aligned.</p><p>• Collaborates with the Head of Infrastructure to ensure that cultivation facilities utilize best and most appropriate technologies for growing medical marijuana.</p><p>• Drives consistency across all operations including materials, procedures, and staff training.
