Our next Wellness Associate will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Wellness Associates assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.

To Be Blunt

You will be challenged to work tactically to do to service our patients with care and efficiency.

One minute you will be educating a customer on the benefits of a Kind Tree product

The next minute you will be receiving a new inventory shipment

And the next minute logging sales data into our POS and tracking systems.

Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization

Where you’ll be planted

This position will be on-site in our Thorndale, PA dispensary. Our hours of operation are from 9am - 8pm 7 days a week. This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission

• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred

• Cannabis experience a plus

• Ability to work well within a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.

• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time

• Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system

The harvest laborer should have the ability to perform intensive manual labor, stand for long periods of time, and carry out repetitive tasks during summer weather conditions. The seasonal job may also require laborers to hang, package, weigh, burp and cure bud, as well as subsequent field organization and clean up following the harvest season. Additionally, the harvest laborer must be capable of using product tracking software to remain in compliance with state issued standards.
