The Thomas C. Slater Compassion Center, New England’s premiere medical cannabis dispensary, is looking for reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to serve as Patient Advisors for members of our medical cannabis community.

Patient Advisors serve a critical role at the Slater Center, handling patient intake and orientation; dispensary consultations and sales; scanning and packaging online orders; and delivering orders to patients in our drive thru.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of cannabis products is helpful, but not essential. A background in retail/hospitality is a plus.

The ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing and energetic team players who thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can multi-task without missing a beat. Must be reliable, punctual and have excellent work ethic.

We are open from 8 am to 6:30 pm Monday-Friday and from 8 am to 4 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Employees must have flexible work schedules, with ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

Requirements

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Must pass all required background checks

· Must meet state licensing and legal requirements

· Must be able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

· Must be punctual and reliable

· Must possess excellent customer service skills

· Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal

· Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time

· Must be able to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

· Provide exceptional customer service to each patient

· Comply with all state regulations and company practices and procedures

· Ensure that all paperwork is properly and accurately completed and recorded

· Educate patients about the use of medical cannabis and specific products

· Accurately process orders and payments

· Perform other tasks, as assigned
