Doctor Love and Hemp City is currently hiring a part time sales associate. Duties will mainly include opening procedures, preparing stock to go out on the wall once it is ready and helping customers in a confidential and professional manner. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and when its slow must be motivated enough to find something else to do.

Cash handling and customer service experience is an asset.

The shifts that we are hiring for is 10am-2pm Monday to Friday with the possibility of an increase in hours on those days and throughout the holidays.

Must be 19+ to apply

Reporting to the Supervisor, Call Centre Operations, CSR’s provide support and service to external stakeholders for Cannabis online account creation, Cannabis orders, questions and concerns through telephone and e-mail channels. CSR’s also provide internal stakeholder support to cross divisional areas of AGLC as well as assisting external stakeholders and Retailers in navigating call centre processes and procedures.</p><p>To be successful in this role, you will be required to use your excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills to provide support and service to external stakeholders and retailers with Ecommerce Cannabis account set up, order concerns, refund requests, and other questions/inquires that they may have. Commitment to professionalism and excellence in customer service with a high degree of personal integrity is essential. You must possess the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced team environment, while applying your organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to exercise sound judgement, tact and diplomacy when dealing with members of the public. Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills are necessary.</p><p>NOTE: This position includes shift work and “On Call” rotation covering the total call centre hours of operation, seven days a week. Current business hours are 8AM-8PM Monday to Friday and 8AM-4:30PM Saturday and Sunday, being closed Christmas Day. Please note: 24/7 hours may resume in the future based on operational demands and incumbents must be available to participate in a 24/7 rotation. T his position can be located in St. Albert or Stettler.
