3Fifteen is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! We are looking for friendly, dependable, organized and motivated people, with excellent communication skills and passion for cannabis to help guide our customers in choosing the best products and dosages to suit their needs.

A 3FIFTEEN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL

• Assist in preparation and review of financial statements

• Pick up and drop off legal documents and mail

• Order and pickup food orders

• Bank Deposits / Change Orders

• Manage daily cash balances for multiple locations and entities.

• Schedule travel and Uber rides

• Point of contact for cleaning services

• Maintain location files

• Taking and delivering messages

• Schedule meetings and send invites

• Facilitate meetings with third parties

• Assist corporate departments as requested

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of experience required.

• Familiarity with Quickbooks Online and GSuite products.

• Experience in multi-location environments desirable.

• Strong spreadsheet skills, familiarity with intermediate functions of Excel.

• Strong attention to detail; ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

• Discretion when dealing with sensitive or private information such as payroll, human resources, and financial records.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position will work closely with the Production Controller in supporting the flow of material through the production cycle and is responsible for validating shipments and accurately receiving finished goods into the correct virtual site locations.</p><p>*<br />ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*:</p><ul><li>Verify all products produced during the previous shift have been transferred into the correct location.</li><li>Triage, research, and solve issues that arise in the inter-site transfer process.</li><li>Create purchase and sales orders.</li><li>Generating shipments in our ERP (X3)</li><li>Validate shipments and accurately receive them into correct site locations.</li><li>Partner with the Production Controller and Inventory Specialist to ensure the accuracy of finished goods at each site.</li><li>Ensure that all components have been transferred into the correct virtual locations for consumption in the production control process.</li><li>Audit open purchase and sales orders for accuracy.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>*<br />QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: *</p><ul><li>A proficiency in MS Office – particularly Excel and Outlook</li><li>Knowledge of general data entry procedures, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs</li><li>Excellent data entry skills</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Team building skills and a consideration for others</li><li>Progressive office administration experience within similar environment</li><li>Postgraduate courses in business administration an asset</li></ul><p>*<br />PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: *</p><ul><li>2+ years of MRP/ERP system experience</li><li>Sage X3 Inventory software experience</li><li>American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certification</li></ul><p><b>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: </b></p><p>*<br />Constant sitting and/or standing involved</p><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li></ul><p>*<br />WORK CONDITIONS: *</p><p>The work environment has a high volume of noise – earplugs are provided.
