Requirements:

Essential Functions

Office Administration:

Operate telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.

Draft and edit reports, letters, invoices, emails, memos, PowerPoints, and other documents as needed.

Prepare client files with relevant documents.

File and maintain digital and physical records.

Assist with document formatting, proofreading, and editing.

Schedule and provide client reminders pertaining to deadline(s).

Prepare and deliver professional business correspondence to clients.

Assist with meetings; set up conference lines, projectors, refreshments, etc.

Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.

Attorney/Staff Support:

Manage and maintain attorney calendars.

Responsible for travel arrangements; book flights, hotels, and transportation, track expenses, and prepare detailed itineraries.

Responsible for submitting expense reports; keeping detailed records of charges and reimbursements and obtaining/submitting all applicable receipts.

Manage and report Continuing Legal Education (CLE) classes and credits for attorneys.

Miscellaneous:

Manage workflow to meet timelines, maintain efficiency and help provide deliverables.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred. High School required.

0-2 years of experience working in administrative support or in a professional office setting.

Experience with computers, scanners, printers, and conference equipment.

Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google, webinar and conferencing software.

Preferred: Experience with Accounting, Net Docs, and Clio.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with clients, the public, and individuals at all levels of the organization in a positive, collaborative manner.

Exceptional organization skills, strong self-motivator with high attention to detail.
