The Packaging Associate is responsible for assisting in the preparation of cannabis products for distribution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fill, package, and accurately label cannabis product for sale

  • Help maintain inventory records on raw material, packaged product and fulfilled orders

  • Assist in maintaining stock of all packaging materials

  • Assist in preparation of inventory reports to identify availability of products

  • Keep a precise count of all packaged product and weight(s) of product used for an accurate end of day reconciliation of packaged inventory and remaining inventory

  • Comply with all MMCC regulations

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of the packaging department

  • Other duties as assigned
1-3 years in manufacturing, shipping, or packaging preferred
Education:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required

Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner

  • Effective time-management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move and stand for extended periods of time.
