Greenleaf Processors is a manufacturing and distribution company in the Cannabis Industry. We are actively seeking an energetic, self-motivated outside Sales Representative to join our winning sales team in San Diego, Ca.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualify leads as sales opportunities, and demonstrate a high drive to exceed goals
  • Contact clients through Cold Calls, Warm Leads, and Emails
  • Professionally represent Centurion Extracts, and FREE Cannabis Co.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities daily
  • Communicate with Sales Director all sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Must stay up to date and educated with all products, new products, services, and pricing
  • Provide in store trainings, PAD events, and create relationships with decision makers
  • Educate/ Train Budtenders
  • Demonstrate the ability upsell products to existing customers, by partnering in business growth.
  • Attend social events in the cannabis industry or related to network for new business relationships
  • The outside sales representative will be the first point of contact for all buyers at dispensaries, it’s imperative they are responded to with urgency.
  • We require our sales staff to be extremely self-motivated and to set own schedule with intention and discipline.

Requirements:

  • Must have a smart phone and a home office to work remotely
  • Must have driver’s license, and a reliable car
  • Hours--Monday-Friday (may include occasional weekends-flexible)
  • 2-5 years outside sales experience in related cannabis industry preferred
  • Experience using a CRM (ex. LeafLink) valued
  • Social media and digital marketing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, team player

· Full time salary plus commission

  • Must live in San Diego County

Pay: $40,517.00 - $71,000.00 per year
