Hello! We are Sprinkle THC, a well respected and established marijuana edibles brand.

We are looking for a passion and customer service driven sales rep in the Phoenix area to join our sales team! Your main responsibilities are to connect with our market and help us in expanding our reach and establishing new and maintaining relationships with dispensaries across the state. Our core sales principles revolve around being highly professional, transparent, trustworthy and doing everything in your power to build loyalty with our dispensary partners and the patients that use our products.

• *Responsibilities:**

- Remote work required to drive M-F (potentially) to visit our 80+ dispensary customers in the State of Arizona with per-determined routes. You will drop off samples / swag / food, etc as you represent our Brand. Routes will be pre-determined to touch at least each customer once to twice a month

- Work from home work would consist of emailing and phone calls to purchasers regarding inventory levels and new products

- Representing our Product, Brand and Core Beliefs inside and out

- Presenting, promoting and selling products to prospective dispensary customers

- Track and Hit sales targets

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Supply sales management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

- Continuously improve our sales processes

• *Skills**

- Proven work experience as a sales representative

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc)

- Ability to get educated on Cannabis and Cannabis Extracts

- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

- BS/BA degree or equivalent

• *Compensation**:

$55,000 to $70,000 Base Salary plus Bonus Potential
