Commercial indoor cannabis grow is looking for a professional, reliable team player to join it’s Harvest and Trim and production department. The ideal candidate will have experience harvesting wet whole plants and manicuring dry cannabis buds. Previous garden experience is a plus but not required. We offer competitive pay and have a bonus system in place for all trimmers based on pounds trimmed and pre-roll production.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Trimmers are primarily responsible for the efficient processing of marijuana flower
  • Individuals are expected to produce 2 to 4+ pounds of trimmed flower per 8 hour shift.
  • Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
  • Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Work with Grow department to execute harvests including post harvest production.
  • Assist the Grow department with the following tasks: transplanting, cloning, pruning, watering.
  • Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs including packaging and cannabis joint production.
  • General facility cleaning
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and kneel for long periods of time.
