About the Position

Our company is seeking a Shift Lead to join our team! We work four, ten hour days Monday through Friday. We’re looking for a passionate leader, who has strong communication skills, and can motivate and manage a high performing team. Successful candidates will have prior experience managing, exhibit leadership skills to improve productivity, and will be able to communicate performance expectations.

Job responsibilities may change to meet the growing needs of the business, general responsibilities include:

    *Communicate and educate employees on all policies, systems, and procedures *Execute systems to ensure daily productivity goals are met *Prioritize and delegate tasks creating an efficient work flow *Maintain inventory products *Use problem solving skills to identify and fix any and all issues

Job Requirements

    *Positive attitude with a track record of being reliable & ethically sound *Strong communication and leadership skills *Open to constructive criticism *Basic math skills required

Strong Candidate

    *3+ years experience in general management or supervisor work *Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
