Responsibilities:

About The Role:

Desktop & Application Operations Support - Coordinator

This role will be responsible for Application Operations and Desktop Platform Support. Onboarding and offboarding of new user accounts, user training, system builds and working with external vendor support desk. Must have experience on a Helpdesk and comfortable maintaining user accounts and security standard practices within applications. Working with Sage X3 ERP, HRIS and Cloud based services will be part of the functional role.

Provide client support and technical issue resolution primarily via onsite visits to offices and occasionally via email and phone support.

  • Experienced End-User technologist. Google G-Suite, 0365 administration, Google Analytics, System management and builds, Security Profiles, VPNs, Account management, Asset Tracking.
  • Configure client equipment to connect to network and resources, run necessary financial software and misc. applications
  • Maintain client hardware including PC and MAC workstations and laptops, printers/scanners, mobile devices and tablets
  • Work with O365, GSuites, Dropbox, etc.
  • Manage Security Setting for all Applications; SQL, HRISA, ERP Sage X3, Payroll, Cloud Platforms.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding user.
  • Install, configure & manage printers
  • Manage services & policies
  • Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP issues
  • Occasional lifting of computer hardware and related equipment (up to 25lbs)

DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: Cloning, seeding, transplanting, planting, pruning, and harvesting as required Cleaning and sterilizing of cultivation rooms and equipment Assisting the Operations team with maintenance tasks, as needed Comply with company safety, regulatory standards, and security QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience with plants and plant management, particularly in a greenhouse or nursery Technical training or experience with greenhouse management, horticulture or related tasks is an asset Basic knowledge of the life cycle of cannabis Ability to work in environments with cannabis pollen and plant debris Ability to work hard and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Able to comfortably lift 22 kilograms Ability to undertake repetitive work WORKING CONDITIONS: Work will require interacting with other staff Physical effort is required: lifting, pushing and pulling up to 22 Kg Temperatures range from 20 to 32 degrees Celsius Repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms This position involves significant exposure to cannabis/plant materials, and it is therefore not likely suitable for an employee that may suffer from allergies to cannabis/plant pollen material, or experience other medical issues, such as asthma and hay fever, as a result of cannabis/plant material exposure We would like to thank all applicants for their interest but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
